Our Perm team is looking to add another Technical Recruiter to its Permanent National Recruiting Team. The Perm Team is based out of Philadelphia but they recruit on a national level. The right resume should have the following:
· Demonstrated track record of successful IT recruiting
· A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in the Information Technology staffing industry
· Proven ability to attract top shelf candidates beyond surfing the job boards
· Stable job history
· Willingness to work hard and find other “less traditional” ways to find the right candidate
· Ability to provide excellent supervisor references (easy to find LinkedIn referrals are great!)
· Advanced skills in MS Office applications
Bonus:
· Previous, full lifecycle recruiting experience in the Permanent arena
· Full Desk recruiting experience (huge plus!)
· An established presence in social media forums
